Its was essential to examine the engagement process. We uncovered several gaps which needed addressing and were rectified immediately.

We needed to quickly establish routines, same workers and dedicated account management. Once implemented this paved the road to trust.

We implemented a training plan to upskill workers, enabling them to perform multiple tasks. This has been a huge hit with both the workers and the client.
